My painting is what was called tole painting more commonly today it is also called decorative painting or folk art painting. My medium has always been acrylics but 10 years ago I also added oil paints and colored pencil art to my work. By using these very different mediums I have a greater diversity of designs, patterns, subjects and the overall enjoyment I get of my work... painting to create art.
